Group work

Nowadays,No topic in this world is as significant as group work which has been seriously treated as the necessary qualities when companies or enterprises choosing employees.Despite the response that plenty of people have on topic that a person does what the group wants him to do take a more important position than a person that holds strong opinion different from the whole group. However, I personally insist that these two kinds of people are equally important in group work. Next, I will illustrate my personal perspective in details as following aspects.

In current period, in a group, doers ( the people who follow the team thought) make ideas become real productions ,the key to success. Commonly, if a group only has many thoughts or advanced concepts, still, it is impossible for such groups to be successful.Because the scale to success for group work depends on what they have done rather than what they have thought. In addition, the order decided by leaders are usually carefully measured according to the marketing trends or industrial developing tendency, so the orders themselves are of no doubts. For a company, the hight efficient working is the inevitable, which probably can bring them more profits.Thus, the doers play a really principal role in a group.

In the other hand,without the a person who stay a opposite point to the group, the group are likely to be uncreative and aggressive . Not surprisingly, it is common to meet the opponents in the companies or groups. It is because one's perspective is mainly based on what they experienced and the roles in a company. as group members, they rarely have chances to have a grand view of the whole company. Even some people only cater for individual benefits. instead, the leaders in the company will firstly consider the major aspects in company, those individual demands and requirements sometimes are ignored. Moreover, if a group does not have an opponent ,  thoughts  by the leaders may be not convincing. generally, a opponent is always  an objective people who are able to consider the problems in two completely different aspects.And with this kind of people, they can argue with others and discuss in a group until find out  a best way to do the project or program, and it can make whole team to find out their mistake and revise the decisions or orders and make the results to be most creative in most people's eyes.

In terms of which is better for group work, I think a group means in the team, it is possible to hear different voices, do different things, and even with various individualities. therefore, no matter  who we are and what we did, only if we have the same purpose ,  common belief,  and frequent communications to understand each other, we are in the right place and of equally important position in groups.

Soft drinks

Nowadays, soft drinks take over an important role in the society that more and more people prefer to drink soft drinks instead of water, and soft drinks become very popular all around the world . However, these soft drinks are bad for human's body and even would bring people  some serious illnesses. In my personal perspective,  the school should stop selling those soft drinks in the cafeteria. Instead of soft drinks, the cafeteria can sells some coffee, juice, milk or some low-sugar drinks. First of all, those high-sugar soft drinks also call "carbonated drinks" which contains a lots of carbonic acid, and this element would react with our bone and causes people losing their Calcium from their bone and which would made them break people bone easily. Especially, during teenager's growing period these drinks would wreck their bones badly and causing their bones become calcium deficiency. Second, these high-sugar drinks would make people become really fat, the sugar produce calories and they would make people become fat, once people become fat there is a possibility that these fat people would have some illnesses. Such as, diabetes or some heart disease. In addition, the fatness would depress people that they probably cannot do well on sports or look bad because of the fatness, or even some students would treat them mean because of the fatness. In conclusion, high-sugar soft drinks are inappropriate for students due to their unhealthy factor.

The king's speech

Today I am going to talk about the things that really inspired me in the movie “ The king’s speech” An inspiring and moving film, The King's Speech tells the story of the reluctant king, George VI, in the years leading up to his coronation and first major speech of World War II, and the man who helps him overcome his fearful approach to speaking (and life).

                                                                                                                                  

 Lionel Logue, the struggling speech therapist with no credentials but "a great deal of nerve," takes the case of Albert (aka "Bertie") the Duke of York, who has managed to successfully remain in the shadows of his father, King George V, and his older brother and successor to the throne, Edward.

A couple of fateful events conspire to drive Bertie into the limelight.  The thing that really inspired me is that he overcome his fear and lack of courage. As Lionel tells his wife, Bertie is "afraid of his own shadow." Through physical exercise, breathing, conversation and a variety of (sometimes questionable) techniques, Lionel guides Bertie through the process of facing his fear, his frustration, his setbacks, and his ultimate responsibility. When Bertie and his wife, Elizabeth, first hear his recorded voice, overcoming Bertie's challenges begins to seem possible. And with his efforts and both of Berties and Elizabeth, their help, he finally overcome  himself in the pre-world war II speech.

In this story, it tells us that as long as you focus and pay hard work doing it, and ignore those haters and their doubts, you would be success in one day and your confidence often accompany by the success.

Ronaldo

Today, soccer is the most popular sport that people are playing in countries all around the world. In many countries have outstanding soccer players, but Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are the two best players of the soccer games in the world.  In my option, Cristiano Ronaldo is a better than Lionel Messi to be the best soccer. Each of them has different life, skills and talent, and career.Firstly, in the early life Ronaldo and Messi have almost the same way of life they were born in the poor families, diagnosed at the young age, and gotten help from other people to take the treatments. In contrast, Lionel Messi was born in Argentina, was the third son in his family, and was shorter and smaller than other friends. At the age of 11, he was diagnosed with growth hormone FC Barcelona offered to pay Messi's medical bills on the condition if he moved to Spain and joined to the Barcelona FCs team. In the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo was born in Portugal, was the youngest child, and was tall and skinny. His family soon disintegrated when his parents separated when he was 11 years old. At the age of 15, Ronaldo was diagnosed with a racing heart. This disease meant that he may have to give up playing soccer. He had taken treatment and body transformation very hard to resume playing soccer and to be in shape of the healthiest soccer player. With the hard training help Cristiano Ronaldo more strength and effective while in the conflict with other players. He is the one who can save the team from disaster, the one who can score the goal in the crucial time. Just like Jose Mounriniho said, he is the goal machine, So that is the reason why Ronaldo is the best.

Christmas Break

First of all, I am so happy that I spent my whole vacation in China with my family and friends. I haven't seen them since the August in 2017, and I missed them so much. When I got back home, the first thing for me to do is to eat, I have eaten a lot during the vacation. And also I went back to my old school and met some of my classmates and had a class with them, pretended to be like I am still having school in China. And also, I played with brother a lot and pick him up every afternoon from the kindergarten and I realized that he grew up a lot, he is not that naughty anymore and he is so cute. At last, I am so happy that I spent the vacation with my friends and family, and I hope 2018 will be little more better than last year. And I hope everything will get better in this semester
